Can I mix and match components on a single rail?
Yes. The Wallstoris rail is designed so that any component clicks on at any position, and each piece holds in place through a tensioned clip rather than fasteners. You can run a storage basket beside a tumbler, swap a soap dish for a shelf, or move a hook closer to the towel ring as habits evolve. Components within a single colour family are fully interchangeable, but mixing Matt White and Matt Black on one rail will be visible, so most clients prefer to commit to one finish per zone. What warranty applies to Hansgrohe Wallstoris?
All Hansgrohe products sold by Bella Bathrooms carry a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of purchase and supported through the official South African distributor. This covers material defects and finish failures under normal household use but excludes damage from harsh cleaners, abrasive sponges, or impact. Keep your tax invoice as proof of purchase. The Wallstoris finish is durable, but we recommend wiping with a soft cloth and mild soapy water only. Avoid limescale removers and acidic cleaners, which can degrade powder-coated surfaces over time.
How does the rail fix to the wall?
The Wallstoris rail mounts via a slim aluminium backing strip, fixed with two screws and wall plugs supplied in the box. For solid masonry or tiled walls, a 6mm masonry bit and standard plugs are sufficient. For drywall, use cavity fixings rated to 10kg minimum. The rail accepts components rated up to a combined load of around 18kg, which is more than enough for daily essentials.
