Blutide Gunmetal
Blutide Gunmetal
Seventy three Blutide products are stocked in gunmetal. It is a separate finish to black, not a variation on it, and the two share no products at all. Four ranges carry it, and it has the deepest accessory choice of the three finish pages. Everything comes through Vortex Sanitaryware, sole distributor for the brand in South Africa, and the full brand sits at Blutide.
Four Ranges Carry Gunmetal Tapware
Satin and Silk hold ten items each, Lace nine and Neo seven, thirty six of the seventy three. Each of the four gives close to a full set: short and high basin mixers, a wall type basin mixer, a concealed shower mixer, a concealed bath diverter, a round freestanding bath mixer with hand shower and sink mixers. Thirteen kitchen items in total, all deck mounted. Shop them on kitchen mixers and basin mixers.
Read the title on anything concealed. In Satin, Silk and Lace the concealed shower and diverter items are listed as trim kits, meaning the visible plate and handle, while the Neo equivalents are listed as concealed mixers. That decides whether a valve body still has to be ordered, so check the product code before the rest of the shower goes on.
The Deepest Accessory Offer of the Three Finishes
Sixteen accessory and towel rail items sit in gunmetal, more than black or brushed brass. The Ginger line supplies five of them in 600mm single and double towel rails, a towel ring, a soap basket and a double robe hook, and five of Ginger's seven products on this store are gunmetal. Alongside it runs an unbranded set of 600mm and 800mm rails, hooks, holders and a soap basket. See them on Blutide bathroom accessories.
What Gunmetal Does Not Cover
All four bath mixers are concealed diverters, so there is no exposed wall type bath mixer in gunmetal. There is no shower rail set either, though a tubular hand shower and a 1.5m hose are stocked, and no wall type sink mixer. Accessories 88 is not made in gunmetal, and Moon, Spring, Shore, Crimson, Mixed Tide, Rip, Darling and Bore Tide have nothing here. If that matters, black is the broader finish and brushed brass the narrower one.
