Duravit DuraStyle Range
DuraStyle is Duravit's everyday range, designed by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez, which Duravit calls deliberately understated, price-conscious and versatile enough for every setting. What we carry is ceramics led rather than furniture led: wall-hung, close-coupled and back-to-wall pans, washbasins from a 450 x 335 mm handrinse up to a 1000 x 480 mm double basin, bidets, urinals, seats, and the SensoWash shower toilet seats built for DuraStyle pans.
Basins, Consoles and Siphon Covers
The basin side spans formats, not just widths: furniture and drop-in basins for a worktop cut-out, undermount bowls, countertop washbowls, wall-mounted basins with the narrow rim DuraStyle is known for, and a compact handrinse basin for a cloakroom. A 940 x 440 x 805 mm console and siphon covers let a basin stand alone with the trap out of sight. Pans, Bidets and Urinals
Most DuraStyle pans here use Duravit Rimless, which removes the hard-to-clean rim and carries water to the top of the bowl without overflowing, so a flush reaches the whole surface. One wall-mounted model adds HygieneGlaze, a glaze fired into the inside of the ceramic that Duravit states inhibits the growth of pathogens by 99.9 percent within 24 hours. A 700 mm projection pan is stocked for accessible bathrooms, and the urinals include a waterless version with its own gel air trap.
DuraStyle and SensoWash
DuraStyle is one of the ceramic families Duravit builds shower-toilet-ready pans for. Are DuraStyle toilets rimless?
Most of the DuraStyle pans listed here are, and the product titles say so. Duravit Rimless does away with the hidden rim channel where deposits collect, and instead directs the water up to the top of the bowl without letting it overflow, so every flush reaches the whole ceramic surface. The open rim area is far easier to wipe out. A few older non-rimless models are still stocked, so check the individual title before you order.
Which DuraStyle toilets take a SensoWash shower toilet seat?
The pans listed as wall-mounted for a SensoWash seat and cover, sold as pan only. These are shaped and drilled for the shower toilet seat rather than a standard one, so it is not a case of buying any DuraStyle pan and adding a seat later. What does HygieneGlaze do on a DuraStyle toilet?
HygieneGlaze is a ceramic glaze fired into the inside of the pan rather than a coating applied afterwards, so it does not wear off with normal cleaning. Duravit states that compared with a conventional glaze it inhibits the growth of pathogens by 99.9 percent within 24 hours. In practice it means the bowl stays hygienic with mild cleaners instead of harsh disinfectants. One wall-mounted DuraStyle pan in this collection is specified with it.
Does the DuraStyle collection include vanity units and mirrors?
