Duravit Zencha Bathroom Collection

The Duravit Zencha bathroom collection, designed by Sebastian Herkner, combines traditional Japanese inspiration with contemporary European design. Influenced by Japanese tea ceremonies and handcrafted tea bowls, the collection brings soft curves, balanced proportions and a calm, sophisticated atmosphere to modern bathrooms.

The Zencha basin range includes square and rectangular countertop washbowls manufactured from Duravit DuraCeram®. Their gently rounded corners, sculptural lower profiles and softly sloping rims create an organic appearance while maintaining a clean architectural form. Models are available with or without an integrated tap platform, allowing them to be paired with deck-mounted, tall or wall-mounted basin mixers.

A ceramic waste cover coordinates with the basin finish for a refined, uninterrupted appearance. The countertop format allows Zencha washbowls to be combined with matching console vanity units or other compatible bathroom surfaces.

Zencha bathroom furniture contrasts the collection’s organic ceramics with precise lines and a slim surrounding frame. The modular furniture range includes console vanity units, wall-mounted vanity units, open shelving, wall shelves, semi-tall cabinets and tall storage cabinets.

Choose from contemporary matt finishes, natural wood effects and selected glass-front options. Drawers provide practical bathroom storage and feature smooth tip-on opening and soft-closing functionality, maintaining the collection’s minimalist appearance.

Coordinating illuminated mirrors echo the rounded form of the Zencha washbowls. Their integrated LED lighting creates a soft, elegant glow while providing practical illumination for the washbasin area.

The Zencha bathing collection includes deep freestanding baths inspired by the immersive experience of a Japanese onsen. Available in square and oval forms, the baths are manufactured from DuroCast® Plus and feature smooth surfaces, softly curved rims and generous internal depth. Selected models are also available with an optional air-whirlpool system.
