XtraStoris recesses into the wall itself, using the depth already there to create a neat shelf for shampoo, soap and toiletries — without a single shelf or basket protruding into the shower. A recessed niche does something a shelf never can: it gives you space without taking up space. Set into the shower wall, XtraStoris keeps products off the floor and off the edge of the bath, drains freely so nothing sits in a puddle, and leaves the lines of the room clean and uninterrupted. Three ways to finish it

XtraStoris comes in three styles, so it can be as visible or as invisible as you like:

• XtraStoris Original — framed. A slim FinishPlus frame surrounds the opening and merges neatly with the surrounding tile, in a finish that matches your taps and shower.
• XtraStoris Minimalistic — frameless. The cleanest look, designed so the tile runs right up to the edge for a near-seamless opening (it can sit flush or gently proud of the wall).
• XtraStoris Rock — tileable door. A push-open door whose front you finish with your own tile, so the niche vanishes into the wall completely until you press it open — perfect for hidden storage or a concealed recess.

Built for your tiles

This is where XtraStoris and Bella belong together. XtraStoris is designed to be integrated into a tiled wall — the frame adjusts to your tile thickness, the Minimalistic niche is made for the tile to finish right up to it, and the Rock door is finished with your tile so it disappears entirely. Because we supply the tiles and the niche, we can plan them as one: choose your wall tile and your XtraStoris together, and we'll make sure they meet cleanly for a flawless, built-in result.

Watertight by design

A recess in a wet wall has to be sealed correctly, and XtraStoris takes the risk out of it. Each niche comes with a pre-assembled, 100% waterproof sealing fleece that bonds into the wall's waterproofing and stops shower water getting behind the tiles — genuine protection against water damage, and one less thing for the installer to get wrong on site. The stainless steel body resists corrosion in the wet area and wipes clean in seconds.

Sizes for every wall

XtraStoris comes in a range of sizes — from a compact 300 × 150 mm up to a generous 300 × 900 mm, in shallower and deeper options — with a variable installation depth that adapts to your wall build-up. It suits both solid-wall and drywall construction, and works in new builds and renovations alike.

Coordinate the finish

Like the rest of the hansgrohe range, XtraStoris frames come in FinishPlus surfaces — typically Matt Black, Matt White and Brushed Stainless Steel — so the niche can match your shower and taps.
