Acryluso Perspex Bathroom Accessories

Acryluso is a premium-grade cast acrylic, hand-finished into bathroom accessories including display trays, decorative boxes, dustbins, and magazine racks. The cast process delivers the optical clarity and edge polish of high-end perspex, with higher impact resistance and dimensional stability than extruded acrylic. The result is a finish closer to glass than plastic, with no yellowing, fogging, or warping under normal bathroom humidity. The clear, white, and black colourways are coloured through the body of the material rather than surface-painted, so light scratches do not reveal a different tone underneath.

Display trays corral perfumes, candles, and grooming products on the vanity top and protect the counter surface from spillage and ring marks. Decorative boxes hide cotton pads and small items in plain sight. Magazine racks fit alongside a freestanding bath or beside the toilet. Dustbins suit guest cloakrooms and en-suites where a chrome-finish bin would clash with the rest of the scheme. Cast acrylic is more scratch resistant than extruded grades but it is not glass, and abrasive pads or gritty cream cleaners will mark the surface. For daily care, wipe with a soft microfibre and a dilute soapy water solution, then dry with a clean lint-free cloth. Light scratches on clear perspex can be polished out with a dedicated acrylic polish such as Brasso Plastic or Novus, applied by hand. Avoid solvent-based cleaners, ammonia, and methylated spirits, which can craze the surface over time.

Daily wipe-downs with a soft microfibre prevent fingerprints and dust from building up. Clean with warm soapy water once a week and dry immediately. For hard-water marks, a 50/50 white vinegar and water mix applied briefly then rinsed lifts deposits without harming the surface. Keep harsh chemicals, acetone-based nail polish removers, and any solvent cleaner well away from the pieces. Treated this way, the trays, boxes, and racks hold their clarity for many years of bathroom use.
