Solo Shower Screens
A shower screen closes off a wet area with one panel of glass instead of a hinged or sliding door, which keeps a small bathroom open and leaves nothing to swing into. Eight screens make up the Solo selection, from 800x1400mm panels sized for the side of a bath up to 1200x2000mm panels for a walk-in shower, at R2 792 to R6 887. Six are recorded in black and the Amaro is gold.
Fixed and freestanding screens for walk-in showers
Three screens carry Fixed/Freestanding in their listing: the Mont Blanc and the Everest, both 1200x2000mm in 6mm glass, and the Andes, 1200x2000mm in 8mm glass. A freestanding screen suits a layout where the glass marks out the wet area rather than sealing it, and all three stand the full two metres. The Ossa and the Amaro Gold match that 1200mm width, while the Pyrenees is a narrower 900x2000mm. The Ossa, Pyrenees and Amaro each list an extension arm. Bath shower screens
Two screens are made for a shower over a bath: the Blanca and the Rosa, both black and both 800x1400mm. They share a size, so the choice is a styling one. The Blanca is divided into an eight pane grid by black glazing bars, the industrial look that suits a Crittall style scheme, while the Rosa is a single uninterrupted panel on a slim black profile. Black frames, gold trim and smoked glass
The black screens are gathered with the black doors in black shower doors and screens. The Amaro Gold is the gold option, a 1200x2000mm panel in 8mm clear glass where the wall profile, the floor trim and the support arm are gold rather than black. Smoked glass is the other variable: the Ossa and the Pyrenees pair 8mm tinted glass with a black frame, softening the view into the shower without going opaque.
